Our Daily Schedule

Rise:  before 5 am

Hour of private prayer: 5 am – 6 am

Morning Prayer (Lauds):  6:30 am

Eucharist:  7 am

Breakfast, work, Midmorning prayer (Terce):  8 am – 11:35 am

Midday Prayer (Sext):  11:40 am

Dinner:  noon

Free recreation time:  after dishes until 1:45 pm

Work:  1:45 pm – 3 pm

Midafternoon Prayer (None) and spiritual reading:  3 pm – 4 pm

Evening Prayer (Vespers):  4 pm

Hour of private prayer:  4:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Office of Readings:  5:30 pm

Supper:  6 pm

Recreation:  7 pm

Night Prayer (Compline):  7:45 pm
